Budding young, equestrian students have been given the opportunity to develop their stable management and horse riding skills at Stepney Bank Stables thanks to a grant of £1,000 from the SJPP Fund.
Susan Tron from Stepney Bank Stable, said:
“The horse is at the heart of everything the Stables does. Our horses are incredibly special to us and it is particularly important that they are looked after well. It is only through the generosity of such funders that we are able to do so. It is also a wonderful example of a volunteer putting something back into the community. Without the recommendation of our work from Frank Scott, (Gift Shop volunteer), we would not have been brought to the attention of SJPP. It never ceases to amaze me how supportive people can be.”
