northumbria daybreak

Northumbria Daybreak is a charity that supports adults with learning difficulties. It is based in Hexham and has recently extended its offices to the Ouseburn Valley. They provide support, skills training, work experience, community and leisure activities for hundreds of adults.

They are so popular that there is a huge demand for their service. So much so that they were looking to expand and now sub-let the kitchen and café area at the indoor school.

This has proven a really popular choice as the Stables staff and volunteers get their lunch here and the Daybreak volunteers are so friendly and helpful they brighten up the area.

Any food bought here goes towards helping towards the cost of this very valuable service.
